Art In The Streets, MOCA

Craig Costello’s work is currently on view at the MOCA in LA as part of the landmark Art in The Streets exhibition, the first major US museum survey of graffiti and street art.

Included in the exhibition are 15 photos selected from a series of images Costello captured in the early 90′s documenting fellow artists and writers painting graffiti and art in streets of San Francisco. Also featured are two now classic ”Krinked” mailboxes.

Craig’s photos are also featured in the Art in The Streets catalog and his Racked Paint, 1993 image graces the limited edition hardbound cover.
