Erin D. Garcia is an artist living and working in Los Angeles. His work is a joyful exercise in the most ethereal yet immediate aspects of human cognition. From large-scale explorations of shape, color, and process to scenes populated by plants and flowers, rhythmic shapes, and colorful gradients Garcia searches where our capacity for abstraction intersects or conflicts with the sensory desire for specificity. Garcia has exhibited in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, Berlin, Miami, and Los Angeles alongside commissioned murals and installations for Pulse Art Fair, Facebook, Adidas, Ace Hotels, Ginza Six, The Standard Hotels, Pandora, Vans, Red Bull Studios, and Moog.
