I just arrived in Japan the other day. My first time in Tokyo, and I'm very happy to be here.

I always like to have a window seat on the plane and enjoy the view. I was really fortunate to notice on the planes monitor that we were flying over Alaska, so I figured I would have a look. Lots of clouds, ice and snow. All the window shades were down and I gave a peek every now and then to see if there was anything interesting. The sky's began to clear and I noticed a massive mountain that I thought could only be Mount McKinley aka Denali, North America's largest peak. Might be a little hard to tell in this photo, but it was booming.

Pretty cool for this city boy. It's hard to imagine people have climbed to the top. Peep the glacier in the foreground.
