Krink is seeking a full-time Sales and Operations Assistant.
We are a creative company producing specialty art supplies and art projects. We wear many different hats and take on a multitude of tasks each day. Krink is a small company with a few employees; good vibes are essential for good workflow. This position is best-suited for someone with small business experience.
Qualifications: organized, self-motivated, hard-working, professional demeanor under any circumstance, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, able to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail, take direction from supervisors.
Technical qualifications: advanced Excel skills and experience with PC is required, Quickbooks is preferred (willing to train the right person)
Education/experience: college degree required, 2 years work experience
While these qualifications seem to be included in every job listing, they are taken very seriously at Krink and are implemented and required in every aspect of this position.
Assistant will work alongside the Manager and assist with sales, operations, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage wholesale, distributor, and web shop sales accounts
Oversee warehouse, QC, inventory, production, sourcing/product development
Maintain office supplies, calendar, contacts, travel
Basic bookkeeping using Quickbooks
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
Salary is based on experience, range $32,000-36,000.
