What is the best surface for Krink?
There are too many surfaces to suggest one that is best. Experimenting with Krink and other materials or surfaces is the best way to find what works best for you.
Can I use Krink on fabric?
Krink is not specifically formulated for use on fabrics. Results vary depending on the fabric and marker used.
What is the best paint to fill the Krink Sprayer with?

Is Krink lightfast? Will it fade outdoors?
Super Black Ink is resistant to fading. All other colors will fade over long periods of exposure to direct sunlight. A UV protection varnish can be used to protect colors from fading outdoors.
Can I use this indoors?

What varnish should I use?
We recommend any acrylic clear coat. Testing your varnish over the paint or ink should always be done to see how the two will interact before applying any varnish to the final project.
Opaque paint conceals the color beneath it.
Translucent ink. The color underneath the ink affects the ink’s color.
Black is always opaque.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped within New York. Shipping and handling charges are also subject to tax. Sales tax is not collected on orders shipped outside of New York.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Quantity discounts are available on select markers and accessories. Choose from quantity options when shopping and receive an additional discount.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 5-7 days for processing and handling.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer the following shipping options: USPS and UPS. We also offer FedEx for international orders. When you place your order, you will have the option to select the shipping carrier and speed. The K-750 is available to ship via UPS Ground service only.
What is my order status?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow for 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Do you ship internationally? Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Yes. Please note the K-750 cannot ship internationally. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
What happens if my order is returned?
If UPS or USPS returns your order to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered on krink.com, we will contact you for further instruction.
My package never arrived! Tracking says my package was delivered but I can’t find it.
Contact the mail service provider you selected at checkout, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. You can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.

Why is shipping so expensive?
We do not set shipping rates, these are calculated by the carrier at checkout. We charge only the carrier's cost to deliver any packages.

Can I return an item for exchange or return?
All sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations, issue refunds, or offer exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com
What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
