Screen print made in partnership with Print Them All, inspired by Craig Costello's painting Untitled, which was part of the exhibition New Work at Isetan the Space, Shinjuku, Tokyo in 2023.
While gestures and movements are deliberate in guiding the development of Costello's work, he also allows it to take on a life of its own, inviting the paint and ink to splatter and drip freely, creating forms that are both organic and unpredictable. This balance between perfection and imperfection is evident in this work, featuring loose and irregular forms that embrace the imperfections of the painting process.
